Terms of Sale

  1. For any enquiries or problems please contact the customer service helpline on 01234 211750.
  2. Place your desired order by clicking on the add to cart button. Make sure that you add the correct number of goods to your order before sending to checkout.
  3. Upon receiving your order, a confirmation will be sent to your email.
  4. Your goods will be despatched within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  5. We do not send out orders on Saturday or Sunday so any order received after 3pm on Friday will be despatched the following Monday.
  6. In the event that an order cannot be met or will be delayed then an email to that effect will be sent to you and you will have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
  7. All orders over £100 will be sent by Royal Mail Track and Trace service.
  8. All orders under £100 will be sent by Royal Mail first class service.
  9. There will be a standard £2.99 added to all orders for postage and packaging.
  10. In the event that any products should be lost or missing in the post after 28 days of being despatched then a replacement order can be arranged by calling customer services on 01234 211750. Royal Mail will then conduct any necessary searches.
  11. Please make sure that you retain your order number for reference purposes.
  12. All prices quoted include VAT.
  13. All legal disputes related to card processing are handled under United Kingdom Law
Returns Policy

  1. Should a product arrive at its destination in a faulty condition then we will replace or reimburse in full once the faulty goods have been returned with proof of purchase including the date of purchase and a letter explaining the fault.
  2. The customer will be responsible for any postage expense incurred when returning goods.
  3. There is a 14 day deadline by which you can return goods that are not faulty but they must be returned as new in their original packaging and fit for resale.
  4. There is a three month warranty on all batteries, chargers and wall plugs and we will replace these items within this time only if the goods are returned with proof of purchase (including the date of purchase) to Vaperz, 16a Lime Street, Bedford, Bedfordshire, MK40 1LD.
